PROJECT DEVELOPER

Earthshare Construction is seeking an experienced Project Developer to join our team in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Project Developer is responsible for guiding a project from inception to production.

 

This person is the keeper of the keys, the one who ensures that all information is complete, expectations are universally understood by the team, and that all client and company needs are met.

  • The Project Developer is expected to work a minimum of 32 - 40 hours per week and work predominantly during the business hours of 8am – 5pm on weekdays.

We offer a fair wage based on experience. 
  • The compensation is hourly at a rate of $25-45 per hour.

Who should apply?

Our ideal candidate is an empathetic, integrity driven, self-motivated team leader who is committed to self-improvement for themselves and their team. Additionally, a candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proficient in various computer software platforms as needed. Including Google Suite. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Residential Construction and a student of Best Practices.

  • Ability to read construction documents and plans.

  • Possess a full grasp of residential general contracting principles.

  • Professional level writing and communication skills.

  • Well versed in industry standards

  • Can demonstrate a track record of profitable sales in our industry. 

  • Financial literacy including a full understanding of Markup and Gross Profit Margin.

  • Conflict management skills.

Bonus Skills​
  • Design Work- competent in design software - intermediate user for high end residential remodeling projects.

  • Ability to create construction documents
