  • Weatherization Project Manager

  • Weatherization Technician

  • Weatherization positions are expected to work a minimum of 32 - 40 hours per week and work predominantly during the business hours of 8am – 5pm on weekdays.

We offer a fair wage based on experience. 
  • The compensation is hourly at a rate of $20-35 per hour.

Who should apply?

  • Experience with basic carpentry.

  • Comfort using power tools.

  • The ability to get into small and difficult to reach spots in attics and basements.

  • A can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work independently or with a small team.

  • Ability to communicate with team members and subcontractors.
